The former Disney star has decided to waive off a month of rent for the tenants in her Sherman Oaks, California house during the deadly coronavirus pandemic.

AceShowbiz - Bella Thorne has reportedly waived her tenants' rent this month, April 2020 amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The 22-year-old star is the landlady of a house she leases to renters in Sherman Oaks, California, which she bought for $2 million three years ago.
But as unemployment figures continue to soar in the U.S., due to business closures as a result of "stay at home" orders throughout the country, Bella apparently decided to give her tenants a little break from their rent bill.
"Wanting to do something to help, she furloughed the rent (for April)," a source close to the former Disney star told the New York Post's gossip column Page Six. The friend added that Bella finds the current COVID-19 health crisis "just so unfair in so many tragic ways" and doesn't want "to add to their (tenants) mental and economic stress."
Bella isn't the only famous face to furlough rent during the pandemic. Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard also did the same for their tenants in April.
