Herb Wilkinson allegedly has criminal record as he was arrested in 2008 and in 2011, the latter of which was for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans is moving on from David Eason. Two months after announcing her split from her husband, the former "Teen Mom 2" star is reportedly back to dating game. Jenelle has been seeing Boston-are man named Herb Wilkinson, according to The Sun.

The dating rumors first sparked after Jenelle appeared in a now-deleted video that Herb uploaded on his Instagram account earlier this week. "Smile babe," Herb, who also removed his Instagram account, said in the video.

"She has been talking to someone," an insider says, adding that the trip up north from her Nashville home, which was documented on Evans' Instagram Stories, marks a big step in their relationship. "She's visiting him because she is interested in him."

Not much is known about Herb, but it is said that he used to be starring on 2010 reality series titled "Is She Really Going Out With Him" with his then-girlfriend. He also had a criminal record as he was arrested once in 2008 for an unknown crime when he was a teenager, and in 2011 for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Herb, however, never been in jail.

Jenelle has yet to comment on the report, though prior to this she was never hesitant to deny dating rumors that weren't true in the past. "I'm sick and tired of a million people asking me if I'm dating an ex or friends that I hangout with. No one needs to worry about what I'm doing even if it's about my kids," she said back in December.

Should the rumors be true, this will be Jenelle's first relationship after filing for divorce from David. "With time away from 'Teen Mom', I've started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I'm starting that now. The kids and I have moved away from David. Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that's what is best for me, and for my kids," she revealed in October. "Today I've filed papers to start that process. I appreciate the support from everybody who has asked how I am. Me and the kids are doing great. We need some time to be together, but you'll hear from us again soon."
