AceShowbiz - DaBaby might had the best time of his life when he recently hit the stage for the crowd in Charlotte. However, things didn't end well for the "Kirk" rapper that night as he appeared to have some rough time with the local police following the gig.
Taking to his Instagram account on Monday, December 23 to call out the "dirty a** police department." He wrote on Instagram Stories, "Dirty a** police department try to take me to jail every time I got a show in the city."
In some videos that circulated online, the rapper could be seen being surrounded by cops. He also appeared to have his hands handcuffed. "It looks like #DaBaby was placed in handcuffs tonight while he was in Charlotte. Following the incident, he took to his Instagram and called out the police for always trying to take him to jail," TheShadeRoom explained in its post.
Fans were confused as to why DaBaby was handcuffed. "I don't get it.. taken to jail for what?" one user asked, to which one other replied, "being a successful black man." Echoing the same sentiment, one person commented, "You're own city hate on u the most ..that's how it goes atlas black successful people."
"Y'all better get off my boy he don't do anything but enjoy himself!!" another comment read. Meanwhile, one fan thought that this was "another reason rappers should limit how much they go to their city. It happens to alot of them."
This aside, DaBaby recently trended on social media after a video allegedly featuring DaBaby without his pants on made its round on the internet. While the person's face was not shown, the rapper's song was playing in the background.
However, DaBaby denied that the man in the said video was him. He simply wrote on Twitter, "Ion send nudes." Rumor has it, the man in the video was actually a porn star.
