AceShowbiz - Yorgos Lanthimos' "The Favourite" picked up another string of wins at the European Film Awards in Berlin, Germany on Saturday, December 7.
The filmmaker claimed the Best European Director prize, while his Oscar-winning leading lady, Olivia Colman, picked up the Best Actress trophy and the film was named European Film of the year.
There were also wins for Antonio Banderas, who took home the Best Actor award for his role in Pedro Almodovar's "Pain and Glory", and director Ladj Ly's Cannes Film Festival hit "Les Miserables", which claimed the European Discovery prize.
