Weighing on the former NSYNC member's boozy night out with his co-star Alisha Wainwright, the talk show host suggests that things must be 'hell at home' for the married couple right now.

AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams isn't easily convinced that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have gone through his alleged hookup scandal just fine. Having dealt with her then-husband's infidelity herself in the past, the talk show host thinks that the couple's marriage is in a shambles right now, especially after his public apology to his wife for holding hands with Alisha Wainwright.

Wendy weighed in on Justin and Jessica's marriage in the Thursday, December 5 episode of "The Wendy Williams Show". Believing that it was the "7th Heaven" alum who pressured her husband to release the statement, Wendy said, "It must be hell at home, honey! She probably grabbed him by the scruff of his neck and said, 'You better get out there and say something.' " She added, "Which is only making it a bigger situation than it was. I had forgotten."

Defending Justin for his boozy night out with Alisha, the 55-year-old media personality thinks that there's nothing he should have apologized for. "There's nothing wrong with a hand on the knee sometimes," she said about the kind of interaction between Justin and Alisha. She went on suggesting that Justin's mea culpa only shed "more light to the fact your marriage must be in scrambles right now."

Wendy later took her comments to insulting level as she shaded Jessica, "They look good together, but I don't really understand the appeal of Biel beyond a look." She added, "I don't see her being able to dance to his music or drink all night with him. Maybe too serious for him."

Justin released a statement on Instagram on Wednesday to address his scandalous boozy night out with Alisha which took place in late November. Admitting that he "displayed a strong lapse in judgement" during the outing at the bar in New Orleans "a few weeks ago," he set things straight that "nothing happened between me and my costar."

The "Cry Me a River" hitmaker continued, "I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I should have known better. This is not the example I want to set for my son." He went on apologizing to his "amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation."

Meanwhile, podcaster Van Lathan took a jab at Justin for not standing up for his "Palmer" co-star Alisha, who has been taking the heat for her pictures with Justin. "What if Justin Timberlake were to escape scot free for all the public shenanigans caught on camera, and left a Black Woman holding the bag to have her career forever changed and reputation marred, without really ever coming to her defense? That couldn't happen? Right?" he tweeted, bringing up his infamous nipplegate with Janet Jackson at Super Bowl XXXVIII.

When someone confronted Van Lathan for his accusation, he further explained, "I'm just saying he should've defended and protected the Sister from what she's been getting as well. Especially after seeing how that 'other thing' played out."
