The Elene Gilbert of 'The Vampire Diaries' is single again after she is rumored to call it quits with her screenwriter boyfriend after they were in a relationship for roughly a year.

AceShowbiz - Nina Dobrev and Grant Mellon have reportedly split after nearly a year-long relationship.
"The Vampire Diaries" actress and screenwriter Grant, who were first spotted together in December 2018, broke up around a month ago, according to Us Weekly.
They were last seen together in September, when they vacationed in Hawaii and Paris, and, despite their rumoured split, have continued to follow one another on social media.
It's likely the former couple will stay friends, if Nina has anything to do with it.
Asked recently about her ongoing friendship with ex Ian Somerhalder, who later found love with Nikki Reed, with the pair welcoming daughter Bodhi together in 2017, the 30-year-old screen star said: "I don't think that's weird at all, I think that's great. Why can't everyone be friends?"
"I think they have a beautiful baby, and they are happy and so am I. What's bad about that? I don't see any problem with that."
Nina has also remained friends with her ex Glen Powell, who she dated for several months in 2017.
