AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans' ex Nathan Griffith was arrested by the Cary Police Department in Cary, North Carolina on Thursday, October 17. According to reports, the ex of the "Teen Mom 2" alum was charged with one count of driving while impaired.

A spokesperson for the Cary Police Department explains that they got a call at aound 5:23 P.M. about a person unconscious in a vehicle at the Harris Teeter. "When the fire department arrived on the scene, they found that the vehicle was running and determined the nature of the call was not medical so they contacted PD. Our officer arrived on the scene, conducted a DWI investigation, formed the opinion that he was impaired and placed him under arrest," the spokesperson details.

Radar Online, meanwhile, has revealed the shocking 911 call which was made when Nathan was caught sleeping in the parking lot of a North Carolina grocery store. "Send a PD unit out here in reference to a possible intoxicated subject," said a Wake County Fire official in the dispatch call. "He's sleeping inside the car. We made contact with him. He doesn't want to talk to us."

The official also shares that Nathan "does have some alcohol open in the vehicle," adding that he "doesn't appear to have any complaints, just a subject intoxicated." Following the arrest, an officer has also detailed that while empty alcohol containers are found in the car, there are no drugs found at the scene.

It is further reported that the 32-year-old, who shares 5-year-old son Kaiser with Jenelle, has been released after posing his $10,000 bond. He is set to appear in court next month.
