AceShowbiz - Roger Mathews is moving on not long after finalizing his divorce from ex-wife Jenni "JWoww" Farley last month. In a new interview, the MTV alum revealed that he had started "casually and cautiously dating." However, he noted that his kids, Meilani and Greyson, "are my focus."

Telling Us Weekly, the 44-year-old star shared about specific qualities he was looking for a partner. Roger said he wanted "an established woman with her career and personal life in order, who has similar likes and interests and who is understanding that my children will always come first."

He went on adding that communication played a big part in his life. "Communication is critical to me at this point in my life," Roger explained. "If you're a bad communicator, we probably won't make it far. I want peace and stability in my life for myself and my children."

JWoww filed for divorce from Roger in September 2018 following three years of marriage. Although the "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" star and the truck driver accused each other of abuse in blog posts, the former couple managed to be civil and put aside their differences to coparent their two children.

Their divorced got finalized on August 29, and the 33-year-old star couldn't help but take to social media to express her feelings after getting her divorce finalized. She celebrated her freedom by posting pictures of Nicole Kidman reportedly taken in 2001 when she's leaving her lawyer's office after divorcing her ex-husband Tom Cruise. The "Big Little Lies" star expressed her excitement with her whole body and face in the paparazzi images. JWoww captioned the photos with a dancing emoji.

"Jenni and Roger have reached an amicable conclusion and finalized their divorce. They remain devoted to co-parenting their children in a happy and healthy environment and they both wish each other the best," JWoww's rep said at the time.
