AceShowbiz - Common is no longer a single man. During his appearance on Power 105.1 radio show, the rapper/actor confirmed that he and famed attorney Angela Rye had gotten back together after splitting last year, taking the time to gush over his girlfriend.

The conversation started when Common revealed that he got a girlfriend, prompting the host to ask whether or not his new lady is a famous person. That was when the "John Wick: Chapter 2" star revealed that the one he's currently dating is Angela. "I knew that you were dating a while ago but didn't know that it was an ongoing thing," the host said, referring to report of them breaking up late last year.

Confirming the report, Common said, "Yeah, we dated and then, you know, it kind of, you know, I had to get myself together." He went on gushing over his "smart and strong cookie," saying, "She's good with people in like, really a good balance and fun too, you know. I need people -- I need a partner who is fun 'cause we go, you know, we go out there and do the work."

He added, "I just need somebody to this like man,we can just talk and have fun." Later in the interview, Common called Angela a "dope girl" for her passion in what's happening in the world.

Common and Angela dated for nearly a year before it was announced in March 2018 that they had gone their separate ways. "We have and will always be friends," she said at the time. "He is an amazing human being, and I'm a much better person because he's a part of my life. May we all keep loving and living."

Earlier this year, the two sparked rumors that they had rekindled their relationship after they were snapped hanging out together several times. Back in May, they were spotted together at The Potter's House in Dallas and at Riverside Church, where Common performed and held a book signing for his memoir.
