AceShowbiz - While Jay Smith has been mostly portrayed in a bad light amid his split from Ashley Martson, he tries to prove that his estranged wife is not completely innocent either. Throughout the "90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?" tell-all two-part finale, he hinted at something that Ashley was doing to him. Following the airing of the Sunday, July 28 episode the TLC series, fans finally learned the things that Jay accused Ashley of doing.

In one part of the episode, host Shaun Robinson brought on Jay's former friends Michael and Kendell from the barber show he frequented. Jay was clearly upset when the two came to the studio and he left the set. Shaun then showed a clip where Michael and Kendell told Ashley that Jay had sex with someone in the bathroom of their workplace. They felt Jay disrespected the shop and ended their friendship with Jay. This also prompted Ashley's decision to call it quits with Jay.

After the clip was shown, Jay got into a screaming match with Michael and Kendell. He suddenly claimed Ashley once showed messages between her and Michael and accused the latter of "trying to hook up with my girl."

Both Ashley and Michael denied his claim, with the former saying, "We never had something going on." Michael hit back at Jay, telling the 20-year-old, "Jay, stop talking like you're tough man." An upset Jay left the show again, but returned before the episode ended.

After TLC showed a scene where Ashley kicked Jay of her house after learning of the barber shop incident, he once again claimed Ashley was involved with another man and there's text messages to prove his claim. "That's a lie," Ashley rebuffed his accusation. He replied, "That's the f***ing truth. It's not a lie," prompting Ashely to leave the set and not return for the taping.

Earlier in the episode, Ashley admitted she's "hurt" because of the divorce. "Honestly, I'm dying inside, just so you all know. Like, I've sat in my bed for two weeks straight, trying to take care of my kids, I lost 23 pounds... I'm hurt," she said. "We're getting a divorce and it hurts because I love him. I still love him."

In related news, Ashley has been charged with simple assault and criminal mischief for throwing a fire extinguisher through Jay's window during a January 19 confrontation. The mother of two admitted during one of her Instagram Q&A sessions earlier this year that she did break Jay's window, because she wasn't allowed to get into his place and pick up her stuff after she received a text telling her she could.

According to Cumberland County court records, Ashley was slapped with the charges on June 19. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 28. If found guilty of the criminal mischief charge, she would have to pay fines and restitution. The assault charge carries a more serious penalty, including a possible $5,000 fine and up to two years in prison.
