AceShowbiz - Rapper Lil Xan pulled a gun on a man who confronted him in a parking lot over comments he made about Tupac Shakur.

The 22-year-old was out with his girlfriend Annie Smith in his Mercedes-Benz SUV at a 7-Eleven petrol station in Los Angeles on Friday night (June 7), when a man tells TMZ.com that he asked Lil Xan about calling Tupac "boring" in an interview last year (2018).

Video obtained by the gossip site shows the hip-hop star, real name Nicholas Diego Leanos, reacting angrily and brandishing what appears to be a firearm, while launching into an expletive filled tirade that included the n-word.

After exchanging angry words, Xan and Annie drove off without using the weapon, but the alleged victim has filed a report with Los Angeles Police Department and detectives are now investigating the incident and video.

In a post on his Instagram Stories, the "Betrayed" hitmaker claimed he had only acted in self defence.

"The media is gonna try and twist what just happened at a gas station, I was about to be attacked and resorted to having to use self defense, f**k all you old head a** b**ches still talking about that 2pac s**t live your own life and stop picking on a kid," he wrote.
