The Spice Girls member has reportedly caught the attention of television bosses after she appears to be 'open and approachable' during interview with Piers Morgan for ITV's 'Life Stories'.

AceShowbiz - Mel B (Melanie Brown) is reportedly in talks to host her very own chat show.

The Spice Girls singer and regular talent show judge made headlines earlier this year with a candid interview on U.K. show "Piers Morgan's Life Stories", in which she claimed to have had sex with bandmate Geri Horner (Geri Halliwell).

According to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, television chiefs want Mel to turn host and draw out other celebrity confessions.

"Telly bosses feel her open and approachable nature would put guests at ease - and Mel's larger-than-life personality would be entertaining viewing," a source tells the publication.

The insider claims executives at U.K. network ITV, which airs "Life Stories", and "The X Factor" U.K, which she judged in 2014, are at the head of the queue for Mel's services.

"A few channels are interested at the moment," they add. "She has a good relationship with ITV after she appeared on Piers Morgan, and they feel she would be a good fit for the channel."

A big money chat show deal would boost Mel's finances, which were reportedly in a perilous state following her bitter divorce from ex-husband Stephen Belafonte.

She has kept busy, however, working as a judge on "America's Got Talent", releasing her explosive memoir, "Brutally Honest", and rejoining the Spice Girls on tour last month (May 2019).

The 44-year-old's candour upset her bandmate Geri, however, as she released a statement denying Mel's claims they had a fling during the group's 1990s heyday.
