Being accused of smoking marijuana in front of their daughters, the Roc-A-Fella co-founder claims that he has done 'everything in my power to rehabilitate from the past.'

AceShowbiz - Damon Dash's ex-wife Rachel Roy has accused the hip-hop mogul of using drugs.

The former couple is at war over their 11-year-old daughter Tallulah, and Roy has demanded a judge shut down her ex-husband's attempt to change their custody deal.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the exes' other daughter, 19-year-old Ava, also filed a motion asking the judge to deny Dash's request for a change in custody.

Roy accused the Roc-A-Fella co-founder of domestic violence, claimed their kids have anxiety when seeing him, and alleged he smokes marijuana in front of the girls.

She wants the judge to order Dash to enter therapy with his daughter and anger management classes, and also wants him banned from texting Ava, after the child filed a declaration that said she was scared of her father's temper and mood swings.

Dash issued a response to Roy's accusations, and said he has done "everything in my power to rehabilitate from the past" and believes has "come out a better person overall."

Roy and Dash were married from 2005 to 2009.

The case continues.
