Stevie J Seeks Primary Custody of Daughter, Accuses Joseline Hernandez of 'Parental Alienation'

In court papers, the famed producer claims that his ex-fiancee blocks him from seeing Bonnie Bella on purpose in addition to not letting him speak to the girl on the phone.

AceShowbiz - Stevie J has taken his feud with Joseline Hernandez to the court. It has been reported that the record producer and reality TV star has requested primary physical custody of their daughter, Bonnie Bella, and accused his ex-fiancee of "parental alienation" despite agreeing to joint physical custody of the three-year-old little girl.

In court papers, Stevie claims that Joseline is blocking him from seeing Bonnie on purpose in addition to not letting him speak to the little girl on the phone or share updates on her life, academic happenings or anything. Due to this, the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star is blaming the Puerto Rican Princess for creating distance between him and Bonnie.

Besides complaining about the limit to his visitations, Stevie thinks that the fact that Joseline is living with Bonnie "on a part time basis with a male companion" is a bad idea and claims that he's more financially and mentally stable to take care of the child. Mentioning his wife Faith Evans, his adult children and extended family, he insists that they will be able to "support the development care of the minor child on a consistent basis."

Stevie and Joseline welcomed Bonnie Bella on December 28, 2016 before breaking up a year later. The two have since been feuding with each other following the split, with the female emcee accusing him of being a deadbeat dad. "He has not seen Bonnie Bella for one year. Faith Evans pays her child support. And he did not even buy anything or call Bonnie Bella for her birthday," she said earlier this year.

In his defense, Stevie insisted in an Instagram Stories video that he is indeed a good father, but isn't able to prove it due to Joseline. He added that he actually attempted to pick up his daughter on numerous occasions, but failed because of her.
