AceShowbiz - Stevie J reportedly "stole" Faith Evans' Mercedes Benz and took it to Coachella. Now, the DJ is ordered to return the car to his estranged wife after she filed an emergency motion amid their divorce battle.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Faith demanded immediate possession of a 2023 Mercedes Splinter Van that was bought after they called it quits. She said she needs a court order prohibiting her ex from driving her cars, including her 2020 Mercedes G Wagon and the Chrysler Pacifica.

Faith claimed she purchased the vehicle for $164k this year and used it for her enjoyment. "The insurance policy does not cover [Stevie], and he is unauthorized to drive," she stated. Not stopping there, the artist alleged that Stevie has a suspended driver's license and can't legally operate a motor vehicle.

Faith also elaborated that parking the car on her property with the keys in the usual location is just something she used to do. However, on April 12, her estranged husband took the car without her permission and took it to the annual music festival.

After she failed to convince Stevie to turn over the car, Faith filed a police report. The court has since granted the motion and ordered the car to e returned immediately.

Faith and Stevie exchanged their vows in July 2018 in a Las Vegas hotel room surrounded by friends and family. After three years of marriage, the Grammy Award-winning producer filed for divorce.

Responding to Stevie's divorce papers, which he filed in November 2021, Faith asked the courts to deny the Grammy-winning producer's request for spousal support. Additionally, she also asked to keep her assets from before and since the marriage, including "all property acquired prior to marriage, by gift, inheritance, or devise and after the date of separation."
