AceShowbiz - Things are apparently not looking good for Farrah Abraham. After being hit with multiple lawsuits, the "Teen Mom OG" alum is said to be living in a small house in Austin, Texas, with her father.
Radar Online reports that according to court papers, the TV star's home is listed in Austin. Her father, Michael Abraham, allegedly has the same address with her. The house is owned by Amy Blake, Michael's fiance, according to Travis County property records.
The house is 1,021 square-foot and is said to have an estimated price of $259,600. Described as a "great starter home," it has only two bathrooms.
It serves as a major contrast to Farrah's mansion in Lakeway, Texas. The 3,310 square-foot property, which was previously featured on "Teen Mom OG", was sold for $579,610 in December 2017. While her alleged house has only two bathrooms, her former mansion boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
In recent months, Farrah faced several lawsuits. FHF 1 Oaks at Lakeway reportedly sued Farrah and ex-boyfriend Simon Saran for failing to pay rent for her two stores which were closed down. "At the end of September 2018, F&S ceased business operations and abandoned both Suite 300 and Suite 400," read the court papers obtained from Travis County Court.
"In addition, F&S failed to make the required monthly payment under the First Lease and Second Lease. On October 3, 2018, Plaintiff gave notice to F&S that if F&S failed to pay all outstanding amounts by October 10, 2018, F&S would be in default," continued to the court papers.
The reality TV star's lawyer wrote back, saying that they have "no intentions on making any further payments under the lease agreement." The mother of one reportedly needs to pay the mall $101,212.50. However, the TV star feels that she has settled up with the The Oaks, since the company kept her deposit after she closed the backdoors in October.
In addition to the legal issue, the "Ex on the Beach" star recently made headlines after her 10-year-old daughter Sophia called her out during an Instagram Live broadcast. Sophia accused her reality TV mom for always making up stories about her and gossiping her on social media. She also added, "And she likes to embarrass me too."
