The TV star, however, feels that she has settled up with the The Oaks, since the company keeps her deposit.

AceShowbiz - Farrah Abraham is in trouble. The former "Teen Mom OG" star is sued for breaking two commercial leases in Texas and skipping out over $100,000 in store rent, TMZ reports.

According to the news outlet, the company that runs the Oaks at Lakeway Mall in Travis County claims that the MTV star signed two 5-year leases in 2016 for her F&S by Farrah and Sophia Laurent Boutique. However, it appears that the business is turning south for her that it is said that Farrah closed her doors in September 2018 and stopped paying rent.

The retail space then filed a lawsuit against Farrah in addition to claiming that the reality TV star's lawyer wrote back, saying that they have "no intentions on making any further payments under the lease agreement."

The report stated that while Farrah's company was indeed the one that signed the leases, the mall pointed out that Farrah was the guarantor. Lawyers for The Oaks believed that Farrah was still responsible for the payments.

The mother of one reportedly needs to pay the mall $101,212.50. However, the TV star feels that she has settled up with the The Oaks, since the company kept her deposit after she closed the backdoors in October.

Farrah recently appeared on MTV's "Ex on the Beach". However, she reportedly left the show because she needed to appear in court in relation to her June 2018 arrest. Farah was being charged of battery, resisting arrest and trespassing. She was apprehended by police at the Beverly Hills Hotel following an altercation with another hotel guest and hotel security.

Farrah got candid about her reason for leaving the MTV reality show's set, explaining, "I have to go to court for a battery, trespassing, resisting arrest, so after I told everyone in the house, I'm just kind of sad that I have to bring up this topic, because it's really not me."

She went on saying that she wished she could have her co-stars by her side as she faced a felony charge. "I wish the whole house could come to court," she told the cameras. "I actually feel like that's what I need and the support I need and would make me feel better at this point."
