Responding to his estranged wife's divorce filing, the son of Caitlyn Jenner is also looking to get a joint legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old daughter Eva James.

AceShowbiz - Brandon Jenner is taking another step toward the dissolution of his marriage from Leah Jenner. Around one month after his estranged wife submitted divorce documents in Los Angeles, the son of Caitlyn Jenner entered his in which he is seeking to obtain spousal support from her.
Court documents obtained by People magazine uncovered that the 37-year-old brother of Brody Jenner is also looking to get a joint legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old daughter Eva James as well as to get each of them be responsible for their own legal fees. As for the reason behind the separation, he reportedly noted "irreconcilable differences."
Brandon and Leah, who made appearances on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", announced their separation back in September. In a shared statement they released on Brandon's Instagram account, the pair shared, "After celebrating fourteen beautiful years together, we have lovingly come to the decision to end the romantic aspect of our relationship."
Despite deciding to end their six years of marriage, the former couple pointed out, "We are deeply proud of the life we've cultivated together and are truly grateful for the bond of friendship we hold and cherish today. It is stronger than ever." They also noted that they "still love one another very, very much" and will "remain a major part of each other's lives."
Through the statement, Brandon and Leah also stressed that their separation was not a result of "lying or cheating or fighting." They explained it was "just an expansion of [their] individual evolution which has inspired [them] to support each other in a new way." They concluded, "We are still, very much, a loving family and are bonded by a deep connection that is rooted in love."
Leah filed for divorce from Brandon in Los Angeles on September 25, around two weeks after they made the split announcement. Her court documents revealed at the time that she was seeking spousal support from Brandon.
