The leaked set photos and video, which allegedly feature the Steve Trevor depicter on the filming set, have been immediately taken down after they surfaced online.

AceShowbiz - While cast and plot details of "Wonder Woman 2" are still kept under tight wraps, new photos and video from the set of the Patty Jenkins-directed movie recently landed online. The leaked photos and clip reportedly feature Chris Pine, who portrays Steve Trevor in the first film.

The photos and video were taken from a distance, so it's hard to tell if it's Pine in them. However, a fan who captured the footage claims that it was indeed the actor and it's said that Gal Gadot was there too. The photos and video seemed to be taken in the Landmark Mall parking lot in Alexandria, Virginia, which was previously reported to be a filming location of the sequel.

The photos and video, however, have been taken down, immediately after they were posted online.

There have been reports that Pine will return in the sequel, which leaves fans with a question how this is possible, since Steve died in the first film. One theory suggests that Steve could return through dreams. Another speculation is that Pine's character appears in a flashback sequence.

"Wonder Woman 2" is said to be set in the '80s during the waning days of the Cold War. Gal Gadot will reprise her role as the titular superheroine, with Kristen Wiig tapped to play main villain Cheetah. Lynda Carter, who played the original Wonder Woman on the 1970s TV show, was also reported circling a role in the sequel.

Jenkins returns to serve behind the lens and teams up with Dave Callaham and Geoff Johns to write the script. Produced by Deborah and Zack Snyder, the "Wonder Woman" sequel is slated for a November 1, 2019 release in the United States.

Jenkins previously said the story "will take place in the U.S., which I think it's right. She's Wonder Woman. She's got to come to America. It's time."
