'I'd have to be Uncle Phil in that one. I'm 50,' the 'Collateral Beauty' actor revealed during his recent appearance on 'The Graham Norton Show'.

AceShowbiz - Will Smith seemingly thinks that he's no longer fresh should "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" return to the small screen. The "Bright" actor revealed during his recent appearance on "The Graham Norton Show" that he would like to play the Uncle Phil role if the revival is really happening.

"I'd have to be Uncle Phil in that one. I'm 50," the actor told host Graham Norton. "Like, 'C'mon, Aunt Viv! I'm 50. I can't go out on my own?"

During the episode, Will, who starred as a teenage boy named Will who caused trouble for Uncle Phil (James Avery) and Aunt Viv (Janet Hubert-Whitten, then replaced by Daphne Maxwell Reid) on the sitcom, revealed that there was something he disliked about the 1990 show. "It was my very first role and I was very, very focused on being successful so I learned the whole script and everyone else's lines," he said.

The husband of Jada Pinkett Smith added, "If you watch the first four or five episodes you can see I'm mouthing other people's lines. It's terrible and I can't bear to watch it."

Back in August, it was reported that a revival of the sitcom was in the very early stages of development. The potential reboot allegedly hailed from Will's production company, Overbrook Entertainment. In addition, Will and fellow "Fresh Prince Bel-Air" cast members reunited. However, the "Suicide Squad" assured Graham that the reunion was for a charitable luncheon that the actors do every year.

"The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" aired on NBC from September 1990 to May 1996. Running for six seasons and airing 148 episodes, the series starred Alfonso Ribeiro, Karyn Parsons, Tatyana M. Ali, Joseph Marcell and Ross Bagley. Tyra Banks also appeared in a recurring capacity.
