The oldest son of Victoria and David Beckham faces backlash over his gun-wielding photoshoot with photographer Damon Baker.

Brooklyn Beckham set tongues wagging on Instagram. The oldest son of David Beckham and Victoria Adams sparked controversy over his gun-wielding photoshoot. At one image, he pointed the gun straight to the camera with his finger on the trigger.
"A gun? Really? What an idiot?" one criticized. Another slammed the young aspiring photographer, "Not sure what you were thinking Brooklyn, but I suggest you make better decisions in the future. Do not promote guns as art." A different fan asked, "Why so violent??"
"Can't approve of the gun ones. never necessary," one wrote. "Heyy put that gun down !!" another posted. A more lengthy criticism read, "Why the gun? What is your reason to use something that causes so much destruction and despair? Depicting a kid who has been brought up with such privilege, who couldn't possibly have first hand experience of the consequences that this type of 'cool' gang image can have on vulnerable children following him?"
The black-and-white images were a part of "double photo shoot" with photographer Damon Baker. They took turns on taking each other's pictures. Initially asking fans "what's [their] favorite" among the images, Damon has since deleted the pictures on his Instagram while Brooklyn still kept them on his own page although he didn't respond to any of the criticisms.
Brooklyn has just moved to New York to start his first year of college at Parsons School of Design. He reportedly gets back together with ex-girlfriend Chloe Moretz who is based in Los Angeles.
"We are all so proud of you Brooklyn. Amazing A level results and off to college. We love you so much and will miss you. #yesiamcrying #emotional," mom Victoria wrote on Instagram. Brother Romeo Beckham posted, "Brooklyn, I am going to miss u sooooo much xx I am so proud of you and can't believe you have come this far! Good luck in New York! And we'll done with your A levels xxx [love emojis]."
