Jennifer Lopez debuted a brand new Spanish song at the 2017 Billboard Latin Music Awards on Thursday night, April 27. Titled "Mirate", the emotional ballad is set to be featured on J.Lo's upcoming Spanish album.

Prior to taking the stage to perform the song, the likes of Rihanna, Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift and J Balvin appeared in a star-studded video to send messages about how impactful J.Lo's career has been in the music industry. "You continue to break barriers and inspire those around the world," RiRi said of the "Ain't Your Mama" singer in the clip.

J.Lo was accompanied by a full orchestra when delivering the track. Standing in a platform, she went into full diva mode in a beautiful silver sequin gown, completed with cut-outs and front thigh-high slit as she belted out the song in front of enthusiastic audience. She almost broke into tears as she received a standing ovation from the audience, which included her ex-husband Marc Anthony who produced the upcoming album.

Shortly after her performance, J.Lo took the stage to accept Telemundo Star Award. "It makes me very excited to share this special night with artists that I admire," the "Shades of Blue" actress said in her speech. The crowd went wild when she thanked the audience, her family and fans for all of their supports.

"My family in music and in my life. To come back to my roots has a significance that goes beyond words," she continued, adding, "I love you so much. I feel blessed to be part of this creative world and to be able to represent our Latin community."

Earlier on that night, J.Lo stole the spotlight on the red carpet as she donned a black spider-web like gown that showed a lot of skin. She completed her daring look with smokey eye makeup, black high heels, black earrings and some silver rings.
