AceShowbiz - Wedding bells may not be on the horizon just yet for Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton. Rumor has it, the couple has decided to put their plans to tie the knot later this year on hold. However, the delay might be a good thing for them.
According to sources, Gwen and Blake are postponing their vows to focus on another major milestone, having a baby. "They're trying to have a baby first," a Gwen insider says, "That's their main focus right now."
The pair are reportedly considering surrogacy after Gwen who has been undergoing in vitro treatments for a year decided to take a break due to a "very little success."
"She's determined to have another baby and carry it herself, even though Blake has said it doesn't matter if they adopt or get a surrogate. Physically and emotionally, it was just a lot for her. So she's trying to get pregnant naturally for the time being," the insider tells Life & Style.
Another source previously told the mag that the pair wanted a daughter. "It might be a baby, or it might be a toddler," claimed the source, "But no matter what, they want to have a little girl in their arms by the end of 2017."
Representatives for Gwen and Blake haven't responded to a request for comment.
