After releasing his long-delayed debut album 'Stoney', the Texas native teased a new project called 'Beerbongs and Bentleys'.

AceShowbiz - Rapper/record producer Post Malone shoots to fame after releasing his breakout single "White Iverson", but the song was just the beginning of his music career. "It allowed for my music to be heard on a large scale, but has not dictated my sound for the duration of my career musically," he told HipHopDX.

The track went three times platinum and peaked at No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Since releasing his breakout single, Malone's career has been percolating. He has collaborated with some prominent rappers like Kanye West, Young Thug, 50 Cent and Ty Dolla $ign. His popularity also garnered attention from record labels as in August 2015, he signed a deal with Republic Major.

After working with several hip-hop heavy hitters and touring with Fetty Wap and Justin Bieber, Malone finally released his debut mixtape "August 26th" in early 2016. The 10-track mixtape was self-produced and featured collaborations from the likes of 2 Chainz, Jeremih, Jaden Smith, Lil Yachty and more. The album's title was initially a reference to the release date of his debut studio album "Stoney". However, when the date rolled out, there was no album to be found.

The Texas native then issued an apology for not being able to finish the album in time. "I been talking all this s**t, even made a mixtape about a date that has no significance," he wrote. "I couldn't deliver on my word. There's no excuse, I needed everything to be perfect for y'all and I f**ked up somewhere along the way."

Despite the delay, Malone finally released his long-awaited album "Stoney" on December 9, 2016, some 10 weeks later than originally planned. The album boasts some guest appearances from Bieber, Quavo, 2 Chainz and Kehlani among others. It debuted and peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart.

As Malone rides the wave of the success of his debut album, the rapper has announced its follow-up. Last month, he teased a new project called "Beerbongs and Bentleys", which he dubbed as "a lifestyle."
