Mariah Carey will ring in 2017 with a live performance in Times Square, New York. The 46-year-old songbird will be the headliner for "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest" 2017. She is set to perform for more than 1 million people before the ball drops to mark the new year.
