Chris Pine teams up with Joss Whedon in a new PSA to urge Americans to vote at the upcoming presidential election. The actor plays Leonard, the human embodiment of Congress, which is depicted as being erratic, irrational and inappropriate.

Alan Tudyk, who also stars in the campaign ad, introduces Pine's Leonard as a new employee whom people had high hopes for at first. "Then right away, there were issues," Tudyk's character explains.

Leonard is shown throwing tantrums during a meeting discussing healthcare coverage and threatening to shut down the company. He blocks other employees from removing a broken microwave in the kitchen because there wasn't a unanimous vote. "He gave me money," he says, pointing to a co-worker playing with a lighter, "and he might give me a job when I leave."

When the company hires Bob to untangle legal issues, Leonard pitches a fit. "I hate Bob," he screams like a child. "I want a cool boss that will pick someone that I like." He's also frightened and aroused by a gender neutral bathroom sign and chases a female employee around while shouting, "I'm the boss of your whole body."

The ad points out, "No employee would get away with this. Why has Congress?" Luckily, the team manages to get rid of Leonard after they "all got together" and "voted" to fire him.

The new PSA is part of Whedon's "Save the Day" Super PAC which he launched in September with a star-studded video to urge people to vote for Hillary Clinton.
