The 'Fancy' hitmaker sparks cosmetic surgery speculations after she was spotted with plumper pouts when strolling through LAX on Thursday, July 21.

AceShowbiz - Has Iggy Azalea had another work done on her face? The "Pretty Girls" rapper, who admitted to getting a breast augmentation and a nose job last year, sported fuller lips while strolling through Los Angeles International Airport on Thursday, July 21.

Iggy appeared in good spirits following Nick Young's cheating scandal. The "Problem" rapper wore a pink cap paired with a brown aviator and pink lipstick. She flaunted her cleavage in a grey dress and a light-blue denim shirt.

Earlier this week, Iggy caught up with a plastic surgeon who performed her breast augmentation surgery. She documented the visit on Instagram, sharing a photo of them at the clinic. "Caught up with @DrGhavami today!!!! Incase you were curious... 1. he is hilarious 2. He is my Greek yogurt soul mate 3. He is the reason I have Fabulously perky boobs... (LOL) ALSO he does PRP skin treatments now, which happens to be why I stopped by," she captioned it, "Summer is here and you #CantFakeGoodSkin #drghavami."

On Friday, July 22, Iggy flaunted her booty in an Instagram photo shared from her hotel room in Las Vegas. "#Vegas," she wrote alongside the sexy snap which showed her wearing a pair of white underwear. The rapper is slated to perform at Jewel nightclub on Saturday.

In an interview with Elle Canada's April issue, Iggy shared her opinion on plastic surgery. "I wanted to change my nose because I didn't grow up with a bump on it-that happened when I got smashed in the face with a soccer ball when I was 16," she explained, "Now I feel like my nose looks the way it's supposed to look. But for how long do we have to acknowledge that I got a nose job? For the rest of my life? Am I going to be 45 and people are still saying 'Nice nose job'?"

"Everyone tells you that you should love your body the way it is, but then it is bad to say that you want to change something about yourself not because you want to look like someone else, just because you want to? What's wrong with that?" she added, "I just hope that in 25 years the conversation will shift to where if a woman wants to change her body, all we say is 'Good for her!' instead of shaming her for making decisions about her own body."
