A newly-emerged report claims that the pair got married in a small wedding back in March when Gwen and her children were visiting Blake's ranch in Oklahoma.

AceShowbiz - Are Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani officially husband and wife? According to a new OK! magazine report, the two lovebirds got married months ago in a small wedding while they were spending spring break in Oklahoma.
The publication said that the wedding happened in "mid-March" while Gwen and her three children were visiting Blake's ranch. "It's typical Blake and Gwen spur-of-the-moment," claimed a source. "But everyone's absolutely thrilled."
The pair allegedly only spent $30,000 on the event, which was attended by "a small group of guests." Gwen wore a dress and jewelry she already owned and Blake served food from a local barbecue spot. "Neither of them can quite believe that they're so happy, after everything they've gone through over the past year," the mag's insider said.
The OK! story, however, has been debunked by Gwen and Blake's respective representatives, who told Gossip Cop that report about the couple getting married was untrue. The site additionally noted that Gwen isn't allowed to legally marry anyone because her divorce from ex Gavin Rossdale has yet to be finalized.
