Demi Lovato may have started a feud with Mariah Carey. She made it clear whose side she was on in the R&B singer's feud with Jennifer Lopez. "Mariah is a legend and is so talented but constantly disses people. It's nasty the way she treats Jennifer," she wrote in an Instagram comment.
Demi let fans know about her criticism when she first noticed a meme suggesting Ariana Grande was not as talented as Mariah. "You got it the wrong way around honey," the former Disney star defended Ariana before adding, "Ari did nothing wrong."
Mariah Carey's feud with Jennifer Lopez started in the early 2000s. Mariah infamously dismissed J.Lo when asked about her, "I don't know her." In a recent chat with Andy Cohen, Mariah defended herself, "I don't know her, what am I supposed to say?"
J.Lo, meanwhile, commented on their feud, "I know from back in the day, I've read things that she's said about me that were not the greatest, but we have never met. Like, we don't know each other. I think it's kind of from word of mouth of things that have happened in the past that I'm not really aware of."
