Demi Lovato appeared in good spirits when making her first appearance since announcing her split from Wilmer Valderrama. The "Heart Attack" hitmaker attended the UFC 199 event at The Forum in Los Angeles with her mother Dianna De La Garza on Saturday, June 4.
Demi, who is a big UFC fan, rocked a lustrous silver jacket over a black shirt. She was all smiles while watching the fights. The "Cool for the Summer" singer also posed for a picture with MMA fighter and recent "Dancing with the Stars" finalist Paige VanZant.
Demi posted on Snapchat a picture of her and Paige along with caption, "My new friend Paige!" Paige reposted the pic on Instagram. "Highlight of my evening @ddlovato," she wrote alongside the snap.
On Friday, June 3, Demi and Wilmer announced their separation after six years together. "After almost 6 loving and wonderful years together, we have decided to end our relationship," the former couple wrote on their respective Instagram accounts. "This was an incredibly difficult decision for both of us, but we have realized more than anything that we are better as friends. We will always be supportive of one another. Thank you to everyone who has offered us kindness and support over the years. With only love, Wilmer & Demi."
