AceShowbiz - Another young celebrity couple is breaking up. Just a day after we were shocked by the news that Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris broke up, it's now reported that Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik have also called it quits after dating for seven months.
On June 1, rumors emerged that the British heartthrob dumped his girlfriend, but Gossip Cop debunked them. Moreover, just a few days before Gigi had posted on Snapchat a photo of meal that Zayn made her, hinting that things were good between them.
However, E! News claims that "there has been some rough patches within the relationship for a bit now." An insider tells the site, "During her birthday they were fighting." The source says the two stars have "broken up and got back together a few times."
Another source confirms the breakup, but adds that "they can likely get back together tomorrow. It's very unclear what's going on between them now. They been having some issues lately that involved communication and getting along." The source additionally says, "Gigi is really sad about this, though, and in a way would like to work it out. It's more about that constant contact with Zayn that she misses and they did get very close."
Neither Gigi nor Zayn has confirmed or denied the breakup rumors. The 21-year-old model has stepped out with her BFF Kendall Jenner after the split news broke, but she remained mum when asked by X17Online how things were going on between her and the former One Direction member.
