Sharon says it's strictly 'business' when supporting Ozzy during the announcement of Knotfest, the merging of Ozzfest and Slipknot.

Sharon Osbourne stepped out to support her estranged husband Ozzy Osbourne on Thursday, May 12. It was their first public appearance together since announcing their split earlier this week. At one point, Ozzy was seen hugging Sharon from behind.

Sharon, who still acts as Ozzy's manager, introduced the 67-year-old rocker during a press conference in Hollywood, California. "Twenty years ago, we realized there was no one supporting music the way these guys do," she said, "We decided, why not merge the two fests together. Ozzfest meets Knotfest. Thank you all for coming out for us, and see you all in San Bernardino...Or else."

The event will include bands like Black Sabbath, Disturbed, Megadeth, Opeth, Black Label Society, Huntress, Death Cross, Municipal Waste, Kataklysm, and Slayer.

When asked about her decision to support her estranged husband, Sharon told ET, "It's business. This is my business, you know? This is what I do. People have forgotten, because they see me every day on the chat show, but this is still the other half of my life."

"This is what I do. It's what I've done my whole life. So, it's a huge part of who I am, you know," she continued, "We've been working together, my lord, since '76. That's how long we've been working together. Before we were married. So, it's been a long time."

"She's my right arm," Ozzy praised Sharon for the idea of combining the festivals, "She's everyone for me. She's great."
