The No Doubt frontwoman's first solo album in a decade lands atop the list with 84,000 equivalent album units, including 76,000 in pure album sales.

AceShowbiz - Gwen Stefani finally has a No. 1 solo album on Billboard 200. The singer's latest project, "This Is What the Truth Feels Like", makes its debut at the chart's top slot this week with 84,000 equivalent album units, including 76,000 in pure album sales, earned in the week ending on March 24.

"Truth", released on March 18, marks Stefani's third solo effort. It follows 2006's "Sweet Escape" which peaked at No. 3 (243,000 sold in its first week) and 2004's "Love.Angel.Music.Baby." that reached No. 5 (309,000 sold in its first week).

This, however, isn't the 46-year-old diva's first time to have landed at Billboard 200's top spot. Along with her No Doubt bandmates, she ruled the chart for the first time with their breakthrough album "Tragic Kingdom" which spent nine non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 in 1996 and 1997.

Back to this week's Billboard 200, most recent "The Voice" winner Jordan Smith arrives at No. 2 as his "Something Beautiful" sells 54,000 units (52,000 in pure album sales). It easily logs the highest charting album and best sales week among projects by "The Voice" contestants, surpassing the No. 6 peak of Melanie Martinez's "Cry Baby" and Sawyer Fredericks' "The Complete Season 8 Collection (The Voice Performance)".

At No. 3, Rihanna's "Anti" falls from last week's No. 1 with another 52,000 units. Adele's "25" and Justin Bieber's "Purpose" both slip two rungs to No. 4 with 51,000 and 47,000 units respectively. Meanwhile, Chris Stapleton's "Traveller" jumps from No. 7 to No. 6 with 33,000.

Also rising one rung is Twenty One Pilots' "Blurryface" that's now sitting at No. 7 with 32,000. The soundtrack to FOX's "The Passion: New Orleans" follows behind at No. 8 with 31,000. Closing out the top 10 are Kane Brown's "Chapter I" EP, which opens with 28,000, and Joey + Rory's "Hymns" that plunges from No. 4 to No. 10 with 27,000.
