Newly engaged Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy beamed when they strolled in Miami on Sunday morning, December 6. Peta flashed her giant diamond ring while she walked hand-in-hand with her new fiance.
In some photos obtained by Mail Online, Peta was seen wearing a black halter neck tank top without bra. She paired it with black harem pants and white sneakers. Maksim, meanwhile, sported a black tee paired with grey sweatpants and neon-green sneakers. Both of the "Dancing with the Stars" pros had their hair slicked back.
Later on that day, Peta showed off her engagement ring again on Instagram, posting a picture of her and Nicole Volynets. "This is one human being who has literally changed my life. To put it quite simply... @nicolevolynets I couldn't live without you, you're officially my sister #love #imengaged," she wrote alongside the snap.
Maksim's fiancee added a photo of them along with a sweet message, writing, "I love you with all my heart."
Maksim popped up the question to Peta during the third night of SWAY: A Dance Trilogy" in Miami on Saturday evening, December 5. "I'm in love with you, and I want to be in love with you for the rest of my life," Maksim told his then-girlfriend before he got down on one knee onstage. She later got emotional and hugged him.
