The top 3, Nick Carter, Bindi Irwin and Alek Skarlatos, dance for the last time before one of them is declared the new champion in the Tuesday finale that brings back eliminated contestants.

AceShowbiz - "Dancing with the Stars" has crowned the new ruler of the dance floor. But before that, viewers were treated to a number of dances from the eliminated pairs. The November 24 finale opened with an outdoor group Christmas-themed routine featuring all of the pros and the celebrity contestants. Chaka Khan performed "I'm Every Woman" at the Grove while Keo Motsepe danced with female pros to the song. Other eliminated contestants then performed an encore of one of their dances in the season.

Later, the top 3 performed the last time in 24-hour fusion challenge. Nick Carter and Sharna Burgess danced a combination of salsa and tango. Julianne Hough said, "You left it all on the dance room. I so enjoyed watching you this season." He earned 30 points for a total score of 90.

Alek Skarlatos and Lindsay Arnold danced a rumba-tango fusion. Bruno Tonioli liked that he eventually showed more hip action, but the judges noticed a few missteps due to nerves. The judges gave him 27 for a total score of 84.

Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough danced a mix of cha cha and Argentine tango. It once again solidified her place as the frontrunner this season as Carrie Ann Inaba said, "I can't think of a better way or perfect way to end this perfect season. From the moment you walked into the ballroom you lit us all up." She scored another 30 for a total score of 90.

Next, it was time to announce the winner. As many have predicted, Bindi and Derek indeed won the Mirror Ball trophy. It marks Derek's sixth victory, more than any other pro on the show so far. Everyone was happy for them and Nick even admitted that Bindi deserved it. Nick was in the second place, while Alek finished third.

Also in the Tuesday finale, it was announced that former head judge Len Goodman would be back on the panel for the next season which will premiere on March 21, 2016, according to PEOPLE.
