Kanye West debuted Yeezy Season 2 as he took over the New York Fashion Week on Wednesday, September 16. During the show that was livestreamed to theaters around the world, the rapper also treated fans to a brand new song which was eventually confirmed by Pitchfork is called "Fade".

Post Malone then revealed on Twitter that he's also featured on the song along with Ty Dolla $ign. "The song is Ye, Ty, and me," he wrote and added, "Thank you and love to Kanye and his family. the new s**t is incredible."

"Fade" will likely end up on West's highly-anticipated new album "Swish". First announced as "So Help Me God" earlier this year, the follow-up to 2013's "Yeezus" has been preceded by "Only One", "All Day" and "Wolves" featuring Sia Furler and Vic Mensa. The LP still has no official release date, but has been scheduled to arrive later this year.
