P. Diddy Accused by Ex Danity Kanes of Leaving Them in Debt

While talking about their new group, Aubrey O'Day and Shannon Bex took the time to dish on the reason why they never made money in the past.

Former Danity Kane members Aubrey O'Day and Shannon Bex dissed P. Diddy, accusing the rapper of leaving them with debt. The girls started the interview with "The Breakfast Club" to talk about their new group Dumblonde but ended up trashing their former mentor.

O'Day and Bex were asked why they were recording independently this time instead of signing up to a major label. Bex recalled their DK days where they sold 2 platinum albums but hardly made money.

"We were signed to Diddy," Bex said. "We have two platinum albums, let alone grossed over a million dollars on Christina Aguilera's 'Back to Basics' tour. We came off the tour $15 thousand in debt and grossed millions." She added, "Thanks Diddy."

Diddy is yet to respond to the comments but a source told TMZ that the rapper did not actually manage the group nor did he handle the financial. Diddy formed the group during MTV's "Making the Band" in 2005 and signed them to Bad Boy Records. The R'n'B group broke up for the final time in August 2014 allegedly due to ongoing feud between O'Day and Dawn Richard.

"You have to understand that we've been in business for almost about 12 years as a brand," O'Day told host of the radio show. "Even through splitting the first time, which was Diddy's call, we still maintained relevancy individually in the marketplace ...but when we came back together, we'd have hope that a lot of things from the past has changed and they hadn't. We were dealing with a situation where bad habits were now ingrained into everyone."
