Meet the staff of Camp Firewood in a new promo video for Netflix's "Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp". The trailer features the camp counselors introducing themselves, while showing the staff having fun at the camp.
The counselors include Susie (Amy Poehler), Ben (Bradley Cooper), Gail (Molly Shannon), Andy (Paul Rudd) and Lindsay (Elizabeth Banks), who says she doesn't really pay attention to the kids. There is also a glimpse of a new character played by Jon Hamm at the end of the video.
The "Wet Hot American Summer" revival will focus on the first day of Camp Firewood's famous summer season. David Wain returns as director and once again provides the script along with Michael Showalter.
In addition to the returning actors which also include Christopher Meloni, Michael Ian Black, Judah Friedlander, Janeane Garofalo, Joe Lo Truglio, Ken Marino, Marguerite Moreau, Zak Orth, David Hyde Pierce and Showalter, the limited series will feature Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig and Jason Schwartzman.
The show will be released July 31 on Netflix.
