On Saturday night, July 11, Selena Gomez was spotted spending time together with Orlando Bloom at his Malibu house along with some girl friends reportedly because she wanted to make her ex Justin Bieber "jealous." However, a source attending the night out recently told Gossip Cop that the report was completely false.

According to the alleged fake story manufactured by HollywoodLife.com, Selena went to Orlando's house after she was seen spending time with Justin at the Montage Hotel's pool in Beverly Hills. Citing an anonymous source, the site claimed that there's nothing serious between Selena and Orlando, but "they do love to flirt."

The site went on claiming that by doing so, the "Good for You" songstress wanted Justin to "know that she has her own life and that there lots of guys out there who are interested in her. A little bit of jealousy can't hurt! At least she can't be taken advantage of. She's keeping Justin on his toes this time around."

Selena, who arrived at Orlando's mansion at 8 P.M. and left at around 11 P.M., was said trying to avoid paparazzi as she entered the house. The site added that she and her entourage "all looked happy and giddy" when they left at midnight.

Clarifying the made-up story, Gossip Cop spoke to one attendant at the event. The source debunked the report, saying that the report was "the same old garbage" frequently manufactured by HollywoodLife.com.
