AceShowbiz - Showtime has released a new trailer for "The Affair" season 2, reminding people that "there are more than two sides to every story." Thus, the video reveals that in the upcoming installment, the story will be told separately from four different perspectives, revealing four distinct truths.
As Noah (Dominic West) is still facing a legal issue following a murder accusation, he's apparently going to face a custody battle with Helen (Maura Tierney). Alison (Ruth Wilson) can't get rid of her guilt about the cheating scandal, while Cole (Joshua Jackson) tries to get through it with alcohol which could be bringing more troubles.
The first season of the provocative drama told the story from two perspectives, Noah's and Alison's. To further confirm the expanding storytelling viewpoints, Showtime has released a poster showing Noah and Alison's former spouses in their silhouettes.
"The Affair" returns with 10 new episodes beginning in October on Showtime.
