Director Paul Feig has been very active in giving updates about his upcoming untitled Ghostbusters reboot. After sharing some photos of Ghostbusters costume and the proton pack, the director now reveals the new Ghostbusters vehicle.

The photo shows the Ghostbusters ECTO-1 from the front-right side and the back side. Instead of using a more sophisticated and futuristic car, Feig chose to retain the classic feel for the car. Just like the vehicle in the original film, it is equipped with siren and stair on the right side of the car.

The new Ghostbusters car looks much the same as it adapts the same style and color from the car in the original movie. It also features the classic Ghostbusters logo and the word "ECTO-1" on the yellow and blue license plate. What makes it different from the previous Ghostbusters car is the ghost (slime) silver hood ornament in the front side of the car.

The all-female reboot follows Erin Gilbert (Kristen Wiig) who writes a book about ghost existence among human. No one pays any attention to her, however, until a few years later when Gilbert lands a faculty position at Columbia University. She reunites with Abby Bergman (Melissa McCarthy) and two other wranglers (Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon) and gets some sweet revenge when ghosts invade Manhattan as the team has to save the world.

Other stars included in the cast are Chris Hemsworth, Andy Garcia, Michael K. Williams and Matt Walsh. Neil Casey was recently cast to play a villainous character. The comedy movie is scheduled for a U.S. release on July 22, 2016.
