Neil Casey has signed on to star as a villain in an untitled Ghostbusters reboot which is being directed by Paul Feig, according to Deadline. Unfortunately, details about Casey's role in the movie are still kept under wraps.

In the upcoming film, Casey will star alongside Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones and Melissa McCarthy, who star as the members of the titular team. Casey has recently appeared on "Veep", "Broad City", "Playing House", "The League" and the SXSW film "Fort Tilden", which won the 2014 Grand Jury Award for best narrative feature. Besides being an actor, Casey is a writer whose screenwriting credits include "Saturday Night Live", "Inside Amy Schumer" and "The Kroll Show".

While shooting is underway, fans now get a first look at McCarthy in a uniform which was previously teased by the director. McCarthy has been spotted donning a redesigned overall uniform of the Ghostbusters team. She wore the jumpsuit, which has orange stripes across chest area, along with a pair of black shoes. In the photo, McCarthy doesn't seem to carry any equipment such as weapon or proton pack which is supposed to be used to hunt ghosts.

The upcoming reboot centers on two characters, one played by McCarthy and the other by Wiig, who collaborate on a book to prove that ghosts are real and exist among human. When ghosts invade Manhattan, they reunite with two other wranglers (Jones and McKinnon) to hunt down the ghosts.

Additionally, Chris Hemsworth is attached to play the receptionist for the team. The cast also includes the newly-added stars Andy Garcia, Michael K. Williams and Matt Walsh. Produced by Ivan Reitman, the comedy movie is scheduled for a release on July 22, 2016 in the United States.
