Rumer Willis Takes a Break From Dancing on 'DWTS' Tour Due to Foot Injury

The latest 'Dancing with the Stars' champion has to hang up her dancing shoes after suffering from stress fractures in her foot during the live tour.

AceShowbiz - Rumer Willis suffers from stress fractures in her right foot during "Dancing with the Stars" tour. The injury forces the latest "DWTS" winner to be sidelined from the dance floor but she confirms that she will continue to sing during the tour.

"I have to hang up my dancing shoes for a little bit because of a few stress fractures in my foot but it's not gonna stop me from singing for you guys on the #DWTSlivetour," she captioned an Instagram picture of her injured foot in a brace.

"While on tour with Dancing with the Stars: Live! Rumer Willis hurt her right foot dancing," a statement reads. "She has been diagnosed with a stress fractures and is currently resting. While it remains unclear at this time if Rumer will be able to dance for the remainder of the tour, she is still having fun with her dancing family and will continue to be on the road with the tour."

It's unclear if the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore will resume dancing at later dates on the tour, but the rep says, "She is hanging up her dancing shoes (for now), but Rumer is still a huge part of the tour and will be singing in various numbers throughout the 90 minute show."

Since hitting the road with "DWTS", Rumer has posted pictures that showed she enjoyed being part of the tour. "I have had such an amazing time on the #DWTSlivetour so far...I am so grateful to be able to keep dancing not only for myself but for all of you guys," she recently wrote.
