Cara Delevingne's serious about launching a music career. The 22-year-old beauty, who's known for being a model before trying her hand at acting, has enlisted legendary producer Nile Rodgers to help her with her music.

The collaboration was revealed by Rodgers himself during a recent chat with U.K.'s The Sun. "I love her, she's awesome. I would say she's a rock chick and a really cool one too," the Chic member said before dropping more hints at what Delevingne's music is like.

"It's not helping, it's collaborating. When she played me her tracks I was shocked, it's cool," he added. "That's the cool thing about music, you get to be shocked. You never know how a person is going to touch someone else's soul. They come with music that is going to blow people away and you never expect it."

Delevingne has shown off her singing skills several times. In 2013, she teamed up with singer/songwriter Will Heard for an acoustic rendition of "Sonnetanz (Sun Don't Shine)". Earlier this year, she joined Pharrell Williams on the stage during one of his shows to perform "CC the World" from their Chanel short film.
