"CC the World" was penned by Pharrell especially for his and Delevingne's short film "Reincarnation" which was directed by Chanel's Karl Lagerfeld and debuted last December.

The Tuesday night event, which was also attended by A-listers like Beyonce Knowles, Julianne Moore and Dakota Johnson among others, marked Pharrell and Delevingne's first time to have performed the song live.
