Amidst divorce rumors, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have put their mansion in Los Angeles up for sale with the asking price of $3.495 million. The couple bought the 6,300 square-feet mansion back in 2009 for $1.912 million.
The property has five bedrooms and four full and one half bathroom divided between a main house and a pool-side guest house. The interiors consist of towering ceilings, heavy beams, large sky domes, four fireplaces, wood floors and large windows and sliding glass doors that open to a lagoon style swimming pool and spa as well as flag stone terracing.
Earlier this month, moving trucks were spotted outside the residence, fueling divorce speculations surrounding Nicole and Joel. But the rumors were later seemingly debunked by Joel when he posted on Instagram a sweet message to honor her wife on Mother's Day.
"Happy Mothers Day to my best friend and partner in rhyme. Best wife, mother and friend a father and his kids could ever ask for," he wrote alongside a photo of him and Nicole.
Back in April, Variety reported that Nicole and Joel purchased a $6.7 million mansion in the Beverly Hills Post Office area where his twin brother Benji Madden and his wife Cameron Diaz also live in. Other celebrities who own properties in the area include Jennifer Lawrence, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban.
