Nearly a month after rumors first sparked that she is dating Sage the Gemini, Jordin Sparks has officially confirmed that they indeed are lovers. "I think they're pretty obvious," the “American Idol” alum said to PEOPLE about her Instagram photos with Sage. "We're having fun. He's a really good guy, and the pictures speak for themselves ... I don't just kiss people!"

In one of the Instagram photos of her and Sage she shared earlier this week, Jordin referred to him as her “baemaxx.” Bae is a term of endearment meaning "before anyone else."

Jordin herself explained to PEOPLE about the nickname, saying "Well, you know, ‘Big Hero 6’, the big guy was [named] Baymax. We watched that two weeks ago … and I was like, 'I love the name Baymax.'" She then added, "[Sage] was like, 'I'm your bae to the max,' and I was like, 'That's your nickname!'"

Jordin and Sage sparked dating reports last month after they shared on Instagram photos of them together. The rapper is the singer’s first date following her separation from Jason Derulo in September last year after three years of dating.
