After an official photo of the cast members wearing costume was released, a picture of Scott Eastwood in a costume arrives online. The picture shows Eastwood wearing army outfit while holding a machine gun on the filming location in Toronto, Canada on Sunday, May 3.
Eastwood was seen walking around the set in full costume for his rumored role as Steve Trevor, the character who is known as the love interest of Wonder Woman who is played by Gal Gadot in the upcoming big-screen adaptation.
The 29-year-old actor is joined in the cast by Will Smith (Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), Adam Beach (Slipknot) and Ike Barinholtz. Meanwhile, Ben Affleck is expected to make a cameo as Bruce Wayne or Batman.
Directed by David Ayer, the film centers on DC Comic supervillains who are recruited by the government to perform black operation in order to gain redemption. Charles Roven and Richard Suckle produce the movie from the script written by David and Justin Marks. The movie is scheduled for a release in the U.S. on August 5, 2016.
