The comedienne's estranged wife Michelle Rounds requires a random drug testing for Rosie as Michelle believes Rosie is an unfit parent to their daughter Dakota.

AceShowbiz - Rosie O'Donnell's estranged wife Michelle Rounds reportedly asks a judge to force the former "The View" host to undergo random drug testing until their custody battle is settled. The consultant requires the drug test as she believes that the comedienne is unhealthy mother for their daughter Dakota.
Rosie and Michelle got married in 2012 and decided to adopt the 2-year-old daughter. The couple separated in February and was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, May 5 to settle the custody battle over their daughter.
According to TMZ, the couple currently has 50/50 custody over Dakota but Michelle wants a full custody over their daughter because she believes that she is the best mother for Dakota. Michelle also claims that Rosie drinks a bottle of wine almost every night and regularly smokes weed.
Michelle's attorney is allegedly going to order Rosie to have random drug and alcohol testing if the judge insists to keep the decision while the case is on process. Then, if the result of the tests shows any problems, Michelle will reportedly ask for an emergency order.
Michelle, however, recently denied reports claiming that she said Rosie drank beer and smoked weed. "I never said that. I really don't know who did. It wasn't me," she said.
She admitted that she didn't like Rosie's parenting style. "Right now she's got 24/7 nannies over there at [her] house," Michelle said of her ex last month. "I don't want my child to have a 24/7 nanny. She leaves the baby overnight with nannies, she has the monitor in the nanny's room."
Meanwhile, Rosie's rep Cindi Berger claimed that Michelle wanted the sole custody as an attempt to get more money from Rosie. "This is an absurd and desperate attempt to use a child for her [Michelle's] own gain," Cindi said previously.
