Fans are speculating if the collaboration will be for One Direction's new album or Payne's solo effort.

AceShowbiz - Juicy J may have a collaboration with Liam Payne on the way. On Thursday, January 29, the rapper shared on Instagram a picture of him hitting the studio with the One Direction member. "We working! @fakeliampayne," he captioned the snap.
So far, there's no word on what the duo was working on together. Some fans are speculating that Juicy J is doing something for One Direction's new album. Some others, however, are thinking that Payne is doing a collaboration with the Memphis native for his solo career.
One Direction has confirmed plans for their fifth album, a follow-up to last November's "FOUR" which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200 and made the five-piece the first group in history to have their first four albums landed at the chart's top slot.
"Yes, there will be [a fifth album]," Niall Horan told NME last month although Payne cryptically added, "We're just so happy that this album ['FOUR'] has gone really well for us and it's kind of given us somewhere else to go with music now, if we do happen to do another one."
